Our Embassy was pleased to welcome Dr. Zoltán Bolek, President of the Hungarian Islamic Community as well as Imam Miklós Ahmed Kovács, Vice President of the Community, who have started their program in Malaysia with paying a courtesy visit at Honorable Lau Weng San, Speaker of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly followed by a fruitful visit at Universiti Islam Selangor, meeting Prof. Dr. Mohd Farid Ravi bin Abdullah, Vice-Chancellor of the esteemed University. Their program continued with a productive working lunch with Senator Dr. Jufitri Joha and his fellow colleagues including the President of the Muslim Youth Movement Malaysia. The representatives of the Hungarian Islamic Community subsequently visited the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM), where they were welcomed by H.E. Tuan Muhyidin bin Aziz @Saari, Deputy Director General (Policy).
