Our Embassy was delighted to host a friendly dinner for His Excellency Senator Dato Awang Bemee bin Awang Ali Basah, President of the Senate of Malaysia, accompanied by 15 Senators, in order to discuss bilateral parliamentary relations as well as future plans for the mutual benefit of Hungary and Malaysia. The evening also provided an excellent opportunity for Ambassador Sándor Sipos to hand over the reply letter from the President of the Hungarian National Assembly, H.E. Ágnes Forsthoffer, addressed to the Malaysian party, expressing her gratitude for the congratulatory message sent in relation to her recent appointment.
