During the courtesy call, Ambassador Sándor Sipos and YB Datuk Seri Haji Mohamad bin Sabu, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security of Malaysia, reviewed ongoing agricultural projects and initiatives and expressed their mutual commitment to further enhance diverse Hungarian–Malaysian agricultural relations. Minister Sabu welcomed the fact that Hungary participated for the first time with its own national pavilion at the 2026 “Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Exhibition” (MAHA).
