Hungarian Poetry Day

On 11 April, on the birthday of Attila József, one of the greatest Hungarian poets of the last century, we celebrated the Hungarian Poetry Day. This day is always a good reminder how important it is to cherish our literature, which is not only one of a kind, but also an integral part of our nation.  Representing Hungary in other countries includes the task and responsibility to embrace our poetry, and also to introduce it to other cultures. As a great manifestation of this, check out this video, in which a local resident recites one of our most famous Hungarian poems at the only Hungarian Restaurant in Kuching Paprika Paradise - PaPa.
