At the initiative of the Embassy of Hungary, Dr. Csaba Haranghy, Chief Executive Officer of the Budapest Waterworks attended at the Asia Water 2018 Conference which was one of the largest water and wastewater event for developing Asia. Mr. Haranghy gave a presentation about the innovative technologies of Budapest Waterworks, its activities and Asian references, furthermore, touched on the modernization of the process and international activities over the years and introduced their solutions for ground water management. Our Embassy has also organized several business meetings for the CEO. Water management continues to be a promising area for Hungarian expertise to be utilised in Malaysia to the mutual benefit of our countries.
Budapest Waterworks has had 150 years of experience in potable water treatment, potable water production, pipe network operation and potable water services as well as sewage treatment and related services. Besides these world class technologies, Budapest Waterworks also offers expertise and experience in the design, construction and operation of water supply system as well as in reorganization and process management, customer service processes and non-revenue water management.
